Academy: Beginner Track

Chronos Academy · Documentation · Updated June 2026

For new agents and team members — be productive in ChronosCodex in one sitting.

Lesson 1 — The household model

Read Creating households, then create one practice household with two members and a policy. Everything else in the platform builds on this shape.

Lesson 2 — Conversations

Send yourself a text from the household conversation panel and reply to it. Watch the thread land on the timeline. Then read Sending SMS for the campaign and compliance picture.

Lesson 3 — The phone

Open Phone, place a test call on the Web Phone, and find the call log entry. Set up call forwarding once so you know where it lives (guide).

Lesson 4 — Tasks and notes

Create a follow-up task from a household, complete it, and leave a note. Tasks are how work moves between teammates; notes are how context survives.

Lesson 5 — Find anything

Use global search for a name, a phone number, and a household code. Speed here is daily speed.

Checkpoint: you can create a household, text it, call it, task it, and find it. That's the foundation — move to the Power User track.

Ready to put this to work? Launch ChronosCodex and follow along in your own workspace — or learn about the platform if you don't have one yet.
