Academy: Power User Track

Chronos Academy · Documentation · Updated June 2026

Running a real book: imports, campaigns, renewals, and the money side.

Lesson 1 — Import your book

Follow the import guide end to end. A power user's superpower is a complete book: every downstream feature gets stronger with real data.

Lesson 2 — Campaigns with throttles

Build an SMS campaign on a small audience filter. Study the throttle and schedule options — polite pace is what keeps your number healthy (reference).

Lesson 3 — Renewal season, simulated

Filter households by policy effective month. Build the queue you'd work in November. Turn on the renewal reminder automation and read its audit log after the first run.

Lesson 4 — Commissions

Enter carrier commission rates, then review expected versus received on a few policies. Reconciliation catches money that spreadsheets lose.

Lesson 5 — Agents and slots

If you run a team: add agents, assign agent slots (your plan includes a set number), and set AORs so households and new policies default to the right agent.

Checkpoint: imported book, one live campaign, renewal automation on, commissions entered. Continue to the Automation track.
