What counts

Outbound email includes manual, campaign, and workflow emails.

What does not count

Inbound email does not count against outbound email limits. System/security emails do not count against outbound email limits.

Extra outbound emails are $3 per 1,000 emails (email bundles: $3 for 1,000, $12 for 5,000, $20 for 10,000).
