ChronosCodex Communications Usage Limits
How ChronosCodex counts voice minutes, SMS segments, fax pages, and outbound emails, including monthly resets and readiness requirements.
Included monthly communications reset each billing cycle. Additional usage can continue through wallet credits, usage add-ons, or plan upgrades.
Definitions
- Voice is counted by billable minute.
- SMS is counted by billable segment, not by visible message bubble.
- Fax is counted by page.
- Outbound email includes manual, campaign, and workflow emails.
- Inbound email and system/security emails do not count against outbound email limits.
Readiness and compliance
Communications require proper consent, opt-out handling, and provider readiness where applicable. SMS/phone availability may require setup, number assignment, wallet readiness, and 10DLC/compliance approval.
