Inviting members

Owners invite teammates by email from Team. Invitees set a password, enroll in two-factor authentication, and land in the same workspace with their own identity — every action is attributable.

Roles

Owners manage billing, team, and settings; agents work the book. Platform-wide admin pages are never visible to tenant users.

Phones for everyone

Each member gets a web-phone line provisioned automatically; the Phone tab's team section shows everyone's line and status, so the team can reference each other's numbers.
