Tasks, Calendar & Notes

Chronos Academy · Documentation · Updated June 2026

How work moves between teammates — and how context survives.

Tasks

Create tasks from any household (or from a call, reply, or automation). A task carries the household context with it, so "call Maria about her renewal" opens straight onto the right record. Tasks have due dates, statuses, and owners — the Dashboard shows what's due.

Calendar

The Calendar view lays tasks and appointments on a month/week grid. Booked calls from your website's scheduling flow land here too.

Notes

Notes live on households (and other records) with author and timestamp. Use them for context that isn't a field: preferences, family situations, promises made. The floating notes widget keeps scratch notes one click away on every page.

A working rhythm

Morning: Dashboard → due tasks. During calls: notes on the record. After replies: let classification create the tasks. Nothing relies on memory.
