Every workspace gets a CRM inbox ([email protected]) for sending and receiving email inside the platform. Messages link to households, so client email lives on the same timeline as texts and calls.

Sending

Compose from a household or from the Inbox page. Templates support bilingual content and placeholders.

Automation

Email automations mirror the SMS ones — welcome messages, renewal notices, and follow-ups — and respect the same suppression rules: a client marked do-not-contact is excluded everywhere, automatically.

Deliverability notes

Sending domains are managed by the platform with proper authentication (SPF/DKIM). For best results keep lists clean: the system flags disposable/placeholder addresses at save time so junk never enters your book.
