The Documents tab

Every household has a Documents tab: upload policy PDFs, ID cards, income verification, or anything else. Files are categorized, listed with dates, and downloadable by anyone on your team with access.

Safety

Uploads are scanned and active content is rejected; access is limited to your workspace. Sensitive identifiers like SSNs live in dedicated encrypted fields — not in loose files.

Documents in workflows

Document requests are a classic automation: a client texts "I need my ID card," AI classifies the intent, and the document automation can email it from the record — logged, with no manual step for the routine case.
