Plans

Free, Bronze, Silver, and Gold tiers include monthly allowances: SMS, voice minutes, phone-number slots, agent slots, and storage. The Billing page shows live usage bars for the current month.

Chronos Credits

Credits are the pre-paid balance that covers usage beyond your allowances (per-minute voice overage, extra SMS) and one-time fees like number changes. Top up from the Billing page — phone usage credits start at $10.

Upgrades

Tier upgrades are self-serve from Billing via secure checkout; new allowances apply immediately. Your numbers, data, and team carry over untouched.
