Agents & AOR

Agent records, plan slots, and the agent-of-record workflow.

Agent records

The Agents page holds your producers: names, NPNs, licenses and expirations (with expiry warnings), and each agent's household-code prefix.

Agent slots

Your plan includes a set number of agent slots (Free 1 · Bronze 3 · Silver 5 · Gold 10). An agent must occupy a slot to be set as a household's AOR — and choosing them as AOR assigns a slot automatically when capacity allows. Manage and free slots from the Agents page.

AOR on households and policies

The household's BOB AOR defaults new policies to that agent and drives the household's code prefix. Per-policy overrides are available where ownership differs.
